Free Salsa and Bachata Classes
My dance partner and I teach FREE Latin Dance Classes at the Coleman Rec Center on Tuesdays at 5:30pm and Wednesdays at 7:00pm. All levels welcome. More guys needed! :-)

ZUMBA fitness provides a variety of latin style dance including salsa, reggaeton, merengue and many other styles, but with an aerobic edge that lets you burn anywhere from 600 - 900 calories a session. Will also help with your cordination and timing for regular dancing.

Wear comfortable athletic shoes and clothing. Don't forget you're water! I hope to see you there:)
